3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials, including foam and adhesive tape.
- Inspect the refrigerator for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.
- Remove all internal accessories and clean them before use.
3.2 Placement
- Place the refrigerator on a strong, level floor that can support its weight when fully loaded.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space on the sides and back, and 8 inches (20 cm) on top for proper ventilation.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances (e.g., oven, dishwasher).
- The refrigerator is suitable for use in various scenarios including kitchens, offices, apartments, dorms, and bedrooms.

3.3 Leveling the Refrigerator
It is crucial for the refrigerator to be level for optimal performance and to prevent vibrations. Use the adjustable leveling feet at the bottom of the unit.

- Turn the leveling feet clockwise to raise the refrigerator.
- Turn the leveling feet counter-clockwise to lower the refrigerator.
- Adjust until the refrigerator is stable and level.
3.4 Power Connection
After placement and leveling, wait at least 2-4 hours before plugging in the refrigerator. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
- Plug the power cord into a dedicated 110V, 60Hz, 3-prong grounded electrical outlet.
- Do not use an adapter or extension cord.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Temperature Control
The refrigerator features a 7-level adjustable thermostat knob located inside the fresh food compartment. The settings range from 1 (warmest) to 7 (coldest).

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene and efficiency.
- Always unplug the refrigerator before cleaning.
- Interior: Wash the interior surfaces, shelves, and door racks with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Door Gaskets: Clean door gaskets regularly to ensure a tight seal.
5.2 Defrosting
This refrigerator features an automatic defrost system for the fresh food compartment. The freezer compartment may require manual defrosting if ice buildup becomes excessive.
- Automatic Defrost: The fresh food section defrosts automatically. Defrost water drains into a tray above the compressor and evaporates.
- Manual Freezer Defrost: If ice in the freezer compartment exceeds 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness, manually defrost the unit.
- To manually defrost, unplug the unit, remove all food, and leave the freezer door open. Place towels on the floor to catch melting ice. Do not use sharp objects to remove ice.
