Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.

• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not pick up toxic material (e.g., chlorine bleach, ammonia cleaner, drain cleaner).
• Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
• Turn off all controls before unplugging.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.

Setup and Assembly

1. Assembling the Vacuum

1. Attach the Metal Tube: Insert the metal tube into the main body of the vacuum until it clicks into place.
2. Attach the LED Brush Head: Connect the LED brush head to the other end of the metal tube, ensuring it clicks securely.
3. Attach Accessories (Optional): For handheld use, attach the Long Crevice Tool or 2-in-1 Dusting Brush directly to the main body.

2. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum's battery. The charging time is approximately 3 hours.

• Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the main body of the vacuum.
• Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
• The indicator lights on the vacuum will show charging status. Refer to the indicator light section for details.

3. Wall Mount Installation

The included wall mount allows for convenient storage and charging.

1. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet.
2. Mark the drilling points using the wall mount as a template.
3. Drill holes and insert wall anchors (if necessary).
4. Secure the wall mount with screws.
5. Hang the vacuum on the wall mount.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Suction Modes

• Press the power button to turn the vacuum on.
• Press the mode button to switch between different suction power levels.
• Press the power button again to turn the vacuum off.

Cleaning Different Surfaces

The KOHE S3 is designed for versatile cleaning on various surfaces.

The vacuum's brush head effectively cleans hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpet, demonstrating its 20kPa powerful suction.

• Hard Floors (Hardwood, Tile): Use standard suction mode. The soft roller brush is gentle on delicate surfaces.
• Carpets (Low-pile): Increase suction power for deeper cleaning. The brush head is effective on low-pile carpets.
• Upholstery and Pet Beds: Use the 2-in-1 dusting brush or crevice tool directly on the main body for targeted cleaning.
• Tight Spaces and Corners: The Long Crevice Tool is ideal for reaching narrow gaps and edges.

The lightweight and compact design of the KOHE S3 allows for versatile cleaning, including car interiors, sofas, and stairs.

Flexible Maneuverability and LED Headlights

The brush head features flexible movement and integrated LED headlights for enhanced cleaning.

The vacuum's brush head features 4 LED headlights and can pivot 180 degrees left and right, and 90 degrees up and down, for easy maneuverability under furniture.

• The brush head can swivel 180 degrees horizontally (left and right) and 90 degrees vertically (up and down) to easily navigate around furniture and reach under low-clearance areas.
• The 4 LED headlights illuminate dark areas, making hidden dust and debris visible.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup regularly to maintain optimal suction performance.

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
2. Locate the dust cup release button and press it to detach the dust cup from the main body.
3. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and open the bottom flap to release debris.
4. Close the flap and reattach the dust cup to the vacuum.

Cleaning the Filters

Regular cleaning of the filters is crucial for maintaining suction and air quality. The KOHE S3 features a 6-layer filtration system.

1. Remove Filters: Twist and pull to remove the HEPA filter and sponge filters from the dust cup.
2. Clean Filters: Tap the filters gently to remove loose dust. For thorough cleaning, rinse the filters under cold running water.
3. Dry Filters: Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters.
4. Reassemble: Once completely dry, reinsert the filters into the dust cup and reattach the dust cup to the vacuum.

It is recommended to clean the filters monthly, or more frequently with heavy use. Replace filters every 3-6 months, or as needed. Two HEPA filters are included for convenience.

Cleaning the Roller Brush

Periodically check the V roller brush for tangled hair or debris.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the LED brush head.
2. Locate the brush roll release tab or cover on the bottom of the brush head.
3. Remove the brush roll.
4. Use the included cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
5. Reinsert the brush roll and secure its cover.
