6. Maintenance

  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. This will void the warranty.
  • Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. No Sound or Intermittent Audio

  • Ensure the device is fully charged.
  • Verify that the device is in the correct mode (Transmitter or Receiver).
  • Check that the 3.5mm audio plugs are securely inserted into both the LBT-ATR01BK and the audio source/destination.
  • Ensure your Bluetooth headphones/speakers or smartphone are properly paired with the LBT-ATR01BK. Try re-pairing if necessary.
  • Adjust the volume on both the LBT-ATR01BK (if applicable) and the connected audio device.
  • Reduce the distance between the LBT-ATR01BK and the connected Bluetooth device, and ensure there are no obstructions.
  • If using the extension cable, ensure it is fully inserted and not damaged.

7.2. Audio Delay (Latency)

  • Bluetooth audio transmission inherently has some latency. This device uses the SBC codec, which may exhibit noticeable delay, especially with video content.
  • For critical applications like gaming or watching movies where lip-sync is important, a wired connection might be preferable.
  • If using dual output (TV speakers and Bluetooth headphones), the delay will cause an echo effect. It is recommended to use only one audio output method.

7.3. Difficulty Pairing

  • Ensure both the LBT-ATR01BK and the target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode.
  • Turn off and then turn on both devices.
  • Clear previous pairing records on your Bluetooth device and try pairing again.
  • Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the pairing process.
