Product Overview

The eKids Disney Bluetooth Storyteller features an intuitive control panel and various ports for charging and connectivity.

Control Panel Functions:

Setup Guide

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the Storyteller. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).

• The Power Indicator Light will illuminate during charging.
• A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.
• The indicator light will change or turn off when charging is complete.

2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power ON/OFF Button (located at the top center) for a few seconds until the device powers on or off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the Storyteller is powered on.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing / Light Modes Button until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "eKids Storyteller" from the list of available devices.
5. Once paired, the indicator light on the Storyteller will stop flashing and remain solid.

4. EZ Link App Setup for Disney Stories

To access a wider selection of Disney stories and playlists, use the EZ Link app.

1. Download the free EZ Link Setup App from your device's app store. (Requires iOS 12 or higher, Android 9 or higher).
2. Open the EZ Link app and follow the on-screen instructions to select your preferred streaming service (e.g., Spotify).
3. Twist the Dial Toggles Through Playlists on the Storyteller to make your selection within the app.
4. Press the EZ Link Button on the Storyteller to connect and begin listening to Disney stories.

Operating Instructions

Playing Audio (Bluetooth Mode)

• Ensure the device is paired via Bluetooth to your audio source.
• Use the Play/Pause Button to start or stop playback.
• Press the Skip Back or Skip Forward buttons to navigate between tracks.
• Adjust volume using the Volume Decrease and Volume Increase buttons.

Using the Night Light

The Storyteller features a multi-color night light function.

• Press the Bluetooth Pairing / Light Modes Button repeatedly to cycle through different light colors and modes (e.g., solid color, color-changing).
• To turn off the night light, continue pressing the button until the light is off.

Sleep Function and Soothing Sounds

Activate the sleep function for a calming bedtime routine.

• Press the Sleep Function Button to activate the sleep timer and soothing sounds.
• Further presses may cycle through different sleep sound options or timer durations (refer to app for detailed settings).

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
