Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For the earbud grilles, gently use a dry cotton swab to remove any debris.
Water Resistance
The Sudio A1 earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are resistant to splashes of sweat, water, and rain. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Do not expose them to running water or wear them while swimming or showering.
Figure 8: The IPX4 waterproof rating ensures the earbuds are resistant to splashes, making them ideal for active use.
Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid storing them in extreme temperatures or humid environments.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Sudio A1 earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid for a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
- No sound: Check the volume on your device and ensure the earbuds are properly connected. Try playing audio from a different app or source.
- Charging issues: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter.
- Static or poor sound quality: Move closer to your device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific reset instructions if available, or perform a factory reset by holding the touch controls for an extended period while in the case).
