2.3 Initial Charging (AC)
For optimal performance, fully charge your DELTA2 system before first use. Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the DELTA2 Power Station and plug it into a standard wall outlet. The LCD screen will display the charging status and estimated time to full charge. The DELTA2 features X-Stream technology, allowing it to charge from 0% to 80% in approximately 50 minutes and to 100% in 80 minutes via AC input.

During fast charging, the internal fans may operate at a higher speed, producing audible noise. This is normal and indicates efficient heat dissipation. If fan noise is a concern, you can adjust the AC charging speed via the EcoFlow app to reduce noise levels.
2.4 EcoFlow App Setup
Download the EcoFlow app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your DELTA2 Power Station via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The app allows you to monitor charging data, customize settings, and adjust charging speeds remotely.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Powering Devices
The DELTA2 offers multiple output ports to power various devices simultaneously. It provides 1800W AC output, capable of handling most household appliances. With X-Boost technology, it can even power devices up to 2200W for short durations. The unit features 15 total outlets, including AC, DC5521, USB-A, and 100W USB-C ports.

To activate the AC outlets, press the "AC ON/OFF" button. For USB ports, press the "USB ON/OFF" button. The LCD screen will show real-time input and output wattage.
3.2 Charging the DELTA2 System
The DELTA2 system can be recharged using several methods:
- AC Wall Outlet: As detailed in the Setup section, this provides the fastest charging speed.
- Solar Panels: Connect compatible portable solar panels (up to 500W input) to charge the system from anywhere. Charging time can be as fast as 3 hours depending on solar input.
- Car Charger: Use the car charging cable to recharge the unit from your vehicle's 12V outlet.
- EcoFlow Smart Generator: For extended power needs, the DELTA2 can be charged using an EcoFlow Smart Generator.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Care and Storage
The DELTA2 uses LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, known for their durability and long cycle life (3000+ cycles to 80% capacity). To maximize battery lifespan, avoid prolonged storage at 0% charge. It is recommended to fully charge the unit before storing it for extended periods. Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Regularly check the battery level, especially if stored for long periods, and recharge as needed to maintain optimal health. The unit is designed to hold a charge for up to 350 days when not in use, but periodic checks are still advised.
4.2 Cleaning
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the DELTA2 Power Station. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials. Ensure ventilation ports are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Overload Protection
The DELTA2 is equipped with X-Boost technology to prevent overloading for devices up to 2200W. If an overload occurs, the unit may temporarily shut down the output. Disconnect the overloaded device and restart the AC output. If the issue persists with multiple devices, ensure the total wattage does not exceed the unit's continuous output of 1800W.
5.2 Unit Not Charging/Discharging
If the unit is not charging or discharging as expected, check the following:
- Ensure all cables are securely connected.
- Verify the power source (wall outlet, solar panel, car charger) is functioning correctly.
- Check the LCD screen for any error codes or warning indicators.
- If using solar panels, ensure they are positioned for maximum sunlight exposure and are within the supported voltage range (11-60V).
- Try resetting the unit by pressing the trip reset button located near the AC input port.
5.3 Fan Noise
High fan noise during charging or heavy load is normal as the fans dissipate heat. If excessive noise is a concern, you can reduce the AC charging speed via the EcoFlow app. Ensure ventilation ports are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.
5.4 Contacting Support
For persistent issues or further assistance, please refer to the detailed troubleshooting guide in the full user manual or contact EF ECOFLOW customer support. Information for contacting support can be found in the Warranty & Support section.
