Product Overview

Setup
1. Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your TONEMAC Q5 headphones. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 16 hours of continuous playback.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Select Device: In your device's Bluetooth settings, search for and select "TONEMAC Q5" from the list of available devices.
- Confirm Connection: Once connected, the LED indicator on the headphones will flash blue slowly, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if it is within range and Bluetooth is enabled.

Operating Instructions
The TONEMAC Q5 headphones feature three main buttons for control: a Multi-Function Button (MFB) and Volume Up (+) / Volume Down (-) buttons.

Button Functions:
- Power On/Off: Press and hold MFB for 3 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Press MFB once.
- Answer/End Call: Press MFB once during an incoming call or active call.
- Decline Call: Press and hold MFB for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
- Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
- Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-press MFB.
- Game Mode: Double-press MFB.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the headphones with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the headphones in water. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.
Water Resistance
The TONEMAC Q5 headphones are rated IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities where they may be exposed to sweat or light rain. Do not submerge the headphones in water.
Storage
Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on them.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source and check the charging indicator.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure the headphones are not connected to another device.
- No Sound: Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired.
- Poor Call Quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Move closer to your connected device to improve signal strength.
