Troubleshooting

App Connection Issues

If you encounter difficulties connecting the robot to the app, consider the following:

  1. Select the correct Wi-Fi network and log in with the correct Wi-Fi password. While entering the password, click the icon to confirm the password is correct. It is recommended not to use special characters (symbols) in the password.
  2. The robot does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Always use a 2.4G Wi-Fi network. If your router provides a mixed Wi-Fi connection, it is recommended to separate the 2.4G and 5G connections using different SSID names.
  3. Confirm that the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Before starting the Wi-Fi connection, place the robot near the router.
  4. Confirm that the router's MAC address filter function is disabled.
  5. Try using another smartphone's "hotspot" as a Wi-Fi signal to see if the app can connect.
  6. Reinstall the ILIFEHOME APP and restart the router, then try connecting again.

Confirm Smartphone Settings:

  1. Set the ILIFEHOME app to access your smartphone's location information service.
  2. Allow the app to access wireless data, including WLAN and mobile network settings.
  3. Allow the app to access wireless data, including WLAN and cellular network settings.

Note: If you are unable to connect to the app, please contact ILIFE customer service.

Other Common Issues

  • Robot not charging: Ensure the charging contacts on both the robot and the dock are clean and free of debris. Verify the power adapter is securely plugged in.
  • Mopping function not dispensing water: Check if the water tank is filled correctly and the mop cloth is properly attached. Ensure there are no blockages in the water outlet.
  • Reduced suction power: Clean the dustbin, main brush, side brushes, and HEPA filter. Ensure the HEPA filter is not clogged.
