2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Before first use, wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main mixer unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Attaching Accessories:

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed control is set to "0" (OFF).
  2. Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the openings on the bottom of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place. The beaters are interchangeable; the dough hooks are specific to their slots (one with a collar, one without).
  3. Confirm the attachments are securely locked before plugging in the mixer.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. After attaching the desired accessories, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Place the beaters/hooks into the ingredients you wish to mix.
  3. Slide the speed control switch to the desired speed setting (1-5). The mixer features a low-speed start at 550 RPM/Min to minimize splashing.
  4. For an extra burst of power, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
  5. When finished mixing, slide the speed control switch back to "0" (OFF) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.

Speed Guide:

  • Speed 1 (Low): Ideal for mixing dry ingredients with liquids, thin sauces, or starting to combine batters.
  • Speed 2: Suitable for mixing butter, mashed potatoes, or light batters.
  • Speed 3: For combining cake batter, cookies, or puddings.
  • Speed 4: Excellent for fresh cream, salad shakes, or medium-thick mixtures.
  • Speed 5 (High): Perfect for whipping egg whites, heavy cream, or thick dough.

One-Button Eject:

To remove the beaters or dough hooks, ensure the speed control is set to "0" (OFF) and the mixer is unplugged. Simply press the eject button located on the top of the mixer. The attachments will release for easy removal and cleaning.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
