- Memory Card Care: Periodically format the memory card (at least once a month) within the dash cam's settings to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up important files before formatting.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and component integrity.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Dash cam does not power on. | Check the power connection to the cigarette lighter. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on. Check the fuse in the cigarette lighter adapter. |
| Recording stops unexpectedly. | Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly and is not full. Format the memory card. Use a high-speed (Class 10 or U1/U3) memory card. |
| Video footage is blurry or unclear. | Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses. Check if the mounting is stable to prevent vibrations. |
| Rear camera is not displaying. | Check the connection of the camera harness to both the rear camera and the main unit. Ensure the cable is not damaged. |
