1. Important Safety Information

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components listed below are present in your package:

• GALAHAD AIO Cooler (240mm Radiator, Pump, Tubing)
• 120mm ARGB PWM Fans (2x for 240mm model)
• Intel Mounting Bracket (LGA 1700, 1200, 115X, 2011, 2066 compatible)

3. Installation Guide

This section provides detailed instructions for installing your LIAN LI GALAHAD AIO Cooler. Please refer to the video tutorial for a visual guide.

3.1. Preparation

• Before mounting the water block to the motherboard, clean the CPU chip with isopropyl alcohol if it is not brand-new, to remove any old thermal paste residue.
• Apply the included thermal paste to the CPU.
• Remove the plastic film from the bottom of the cold plate on the water block.

3.2. Intel LGA 115X, 1366, 775, and 1200 Installation

1. Insert the Intel mounting bracket into place on the water block.
2. Lay the motherboard face down. Place the 4 washers in place, and then secure the Intel backplate by pushing the 4 no-thread bolts into the holes.
3. Turn the motherboard face up and screw the 4 nuts through the bolts. Place the water block down over the CPU.
4. Screw the 4 thumbscrews through the bolts. Keep them slightly loose until all 4 thumbscrews are in place. Then, secure them tightly with a screwdriver to fix the water block.

3.3. Intel LGA 2011 and 2066 Installation

1. Insert the Intel mounting bracket into place on the water block.
2. Screw the 4 bolt-shaped thumbscrews on the motherboard and then place the water block over the CPU.
3. Screw the thumbscrews halfway through. Keep them slightly loose before all 4 of them are in place. Then, secure them lightly with a screwdriver to fix the water block.

3.4. AMD AM4 Installation

1. Insert the AMD mounting bracket into place on the water block.
2. Place the 2 AMD mounting hooks on the motherboard and then hitch the water block over the CPU.
3. Secure the thumbscrews halfway through. After the water block is correctly positioned, secure the thumbscrews with a screwdriver to fix the water block in place.

Tip: If the LIAN LI logo is upside down, just rotate the aluminum housing to align the logo to the right orientation.

4. Operation

Once installed, the LIAN LI GALAHAD AIO Cooler operates automatically to maintain optimal CPU temperatures. The fans and pump adjust their speed based on thermal load.

4.1. RGB Lighting Control

The cooler features customizable RGB lighting with 47 addressable LEDs (35 LEDs for the 240mm model). You can control the lighting effects through:

• Included LED Controller: Use the physical controller to cycle through various lighting modes and colors.
• Motherboard Software: Connect the RGB cables to your motherboard's ARGB header (5V 3-pin) and use compatible software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync) to synchronize lighting with your system.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your AIO cooler.

• Dust Removal: Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades with compressed air to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and cooling performance.
• Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly routed and not interfering with fan operation or other components.
• Visual Inspection: Occasionally check the tubing for any signs of wear or damage, although the leakproof design minimizes this risk.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LIAN LI GALAHAD AIO Cooler, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power/Fans Not Spinning:
  • Check all power connections to the pump and fans.
  • Ensure the pump's SATA power connector is securely plugged into the power supply.
  • Verify fan headers are correctly connected to the motherboard or fan controller.
• High CPU Temperatures:
  • Confirm the water block is securely mounted to the CPU and making proper contact.
  • Ensure thermal paste was applied correctly and evenly.
  • Check if the pump is running (you might hear a faint hum or feel vibrations).
  • Verify that fans are spinning and oriented correctly for optimal airflow (pushing air through the radiator).
  • Clean any dust buildup on the radiator fins.
• RGB Lighting Not Working/Incorrect Colors:
  • Check the RGB cable connections to the controller or motherboard.
  • Ensure the RGB controller is receiving power.
  • If using motherboard software, verify that the correct software is installed and updated, and that the ARGB header is enabled in BIOS/UEFI.
  • Confirm the RGB header is 5V 3-pin ARGB, not 12V 4-pin RGB, as incorrect connection can cause damage.
• Unusual Noises:
  • A slight hum from the pump is normal. If it's a loud grinding or gurgling, check for air bubbles in the loop by gently tilting the PC.
  • Ensure fan blades are not obstructed and screws are tightened to prevent rattling.
