3. Setup and Installation

- Locate the battery compartment on your CECOTEC Conga robot vacuum. This is typically on the underside.
- Open the battery compartment cover, usually secured by screws or clips.
- Carefully disconnect the old battery's connector from the robot vacuum's port.
- Remove the old battery.
- Insert the new Enyuly replacement battery into the compartment, ensuring proper orientation.
- Connect the battery's plug firmly into the robot vacuum's port.
- Close the battery compartment cover and secure it.
4. Operation
After installation, place your robot vacuum on its charging base. The battery should be fully charged before its first use to optimize performance and lifespan.
- Initial Charge: Allow the robot vacuum to charge for at least 6-8 hours, or until the charging indicator shows a full charge, before its first cleaning cycle.
- Regular Use: For optimal battery health, allow the robot vacuum to complete its cleaning cycle and return to the charging base. Avoid frequent partial charges or deep discharges when possible.
5. Maintenance and Storage
Proper maintenance and storage can extend the life of your battery.
- Regular Charging: Keep the robot vacuum on its charging base when not in use to maintain battery charge.
- Long-Term Storage: If storing the battery for an extended period (more than a month), charge it to approximately 50-60% capacity and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge it every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
- Avoid Extremes: Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your new battery, consider the following common solutions:
- Battery Not Charging: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and its connector is firmly seated. Verify that the charging base is powered and the robot vacuum is properly docked.
- Short Runtime: A new battery may require a few full charge/discharge cycles to reach its optimal capacity. If runtime remains short, ensure the robot vacuum's brushes and filters are clean, as excessive resistance can drain the battery faster.
- Robot Vacuum Not Powering On: Double-check the battery connection. If the issue persists, try resetting the robot vacuum (refer to its original manual for instructions).
