Setup

Unpacking and Placement

1. Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer oven and its accessories.
2. Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper ventilation.
3. Ensure there is at least 15 cm (6 inches) of space on all sides of the appliance for adequate airflow.

Before First Use

1. Clean the interior of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe dry.
2. Wash all accessories (except the drip tray) with warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher. The drip tray should be hand-washed. Dry thoroughly.
3. Perform a test run: Plug in the appliance. Select the 'Air Fry' function, set temperature to 200°C (390°F) and time to 15 minutes. This helps burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor or smoke is normal during the first use.

General Operation

1. Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
2. Select Function: Press the desired preset function button on the control panel. The default temperature and time for that function will appear.
3. Adjust Settings: Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons to modify the settings as needed.
4. Preheat (Optional): For best results, preheat the oven before adding food. Some presets include a preheat step.
5. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
6. Monitor Food: Use the interior light and viewing window to check food progress.
7. Finish Cooking: The oven will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove food using oven mitts.

Using the Rotisserie Function

1. Securely attach the food (e.g., whole chicken) to the rotisserie spit using the forks.
2. Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the oven.
3. Select a suitable cooking function (e.g., Roast) and adjust temperature/time.
4. Press the Rotisserie button (if available on your model) to activate rotation.
5. Once cooking is complete, use the rotisserie handle to carefully remove the hot spit and food.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning
