Setup

  1. Charging the Device: Before first use, fully charge the RecoveryTherm Cube using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and a compatible USB power adapter. The indicator lights will show charging status.
  2. Attaching the Strap Frame: Align the RecoveryTherm Cube with the removable strap frame. Gently press the device into the frame until it securely clicks into place.
  3. Attaching Wearable Straps: Select the appropriate wearable strap (23.6" for smaller areas like wrists or elbows, 39.4" for larger areas like the back or thigh). Thread the strap through the designated loops on the strap frame. Secure the strap using the hook-and-loop fasteners to ensure a snug, comfortable fit on the target area.

Operating the RecoveryTherm Cube

The RecoveryTherm Cube offers three distinct therapy modes: Cold, Heat, and Contrast. Each mode is designed for specific therapeutic benefits.

Power On/Off

To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the top of the unit until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

Selecting Therapy Mode

The device features dedicated buttons for Cold (snowflake icon) and Heat (flame icon) therapy, as well as a combination for Contrast therapy.

  • Cold Therapy: Press the snowflake button to activate cold therapy. The device will rapidly cool to the selected temperature, ideal for reducing inflammation and acute pain.
  • Heat Therapy: Press the flame button to activate heat therapy. The device will rapidly warm to the selected temperature, beneficial for soothing muscle soreness and stiffness.
  • Contrast Therapy: To initiate contrast therapy, press both the snowflake and flame buttons simultaneously. The device will automatically cycle between hot and cold temperatures, promoting circulation and accelerating recovery.

Temperature Settings

The RecoveryTherm Cube offers precise temperature control with optimized presets for each therapy mode:

  • Cold Temperatures: 46°F (7.8°C), 54°F (12.2°C), 61°F (16.1°C)
  • Heat Temperatures: 95°F (35°C), 102°F (38.9°C), 109°F (42.8°C)

The device automatically maintains the selected temperature throughout the treatment session, ensuring consistent and effective therapy.
