Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to correctly install your ATDEC ORA Monitor ARM.

1. Unpacking and Component Check

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list (not provided in this document, refer to your product packaging). If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support.

2. Desk Clamp Installation

The ORA Monitor ARM typically uses a desk clamp for secure attachment to your workstation.

  1. Position the desk clamp base on the edge of your desk.
  2. Tighten the clamp screw until the arm is firmly secured to the desk. Ensure the clamp is stable and does not wobble.

3. Attaching the Monitor

The ORA Monitor ARM uses a VESA mounting plate to attach to your monitor.

  1. Locate the VESA mounting holes on the back of your monitor. These are typically 75x75mm or 100x100mm apart.
  2. Attach the VESA plate from the monitor arm to the back of your monitor using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
  3. Carefully lift the monitor with the attached VESA plate and slide it onto the arm's mounting head. Ensure it clicks into place or is secured with any locking mechanism present on the arm.

4. Cable Management

Route your monitor cables (power, video, etc.) through the integrated cable management channels or clips on the monitor arm. This helps maintain a tidy workspace and prevents cable damage.

Troubleshooting
