- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Always unplug heater when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

Setup and Assembly
The Dreo DR-HSH019 space heater requires minimal setup.
- Unpack the Heater: Carefully remove the heater and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage.
- Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there are no obstructions within 3 feet (0.9 m) of the front, sides, and rear of the heater.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
Operating Instructions
Control Panel
The control panel is located on the top of the heater. It features a digital display and touch-sensitive buttons.

- Power Button (On/Off): Turns the heater on or off.
- Mode Button: Cycles through heat modes (H1, H2, H3) and Fan Only mode.
- Temperature Adjustment (+/-): Adjusts the target temperature in ECO mode (41-95°F).
- Oscillation Button: Activates or deactivates the 70° oscillation function.
- Timer Button: Sets the auto-off timer (0-12 hours).
- Mute/Unmute Button: Toggles button sounds on or off.
- Child Lock Button: Activates or deactivates the child lock function.
Remote Control
The included remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance.

- All functions available on the control panel are also accessible via the remote control.
- The remote allows you to power on/off, adjust temperature, change modes, activate oscillation, set the timer, and mute/unmute sounds.
Heat Modes
The heater offers multiple heat settings to suit your comfort needs:
- H1 (Low Heat): 1000W output.
- H2 (Medium Heat): 1300W output.
- H3 (High Heat): 1500W output.
- ECO Mode: Automatically adjusts heating power to maintain a set temperature (41-95°F) for energy efficiency.
- Fan Only Mode: Circulates air without heating.
Timer Function
Set the heater to automatically turn off after a specified period.
- Press the Timer button to cycle through 1-12 hour settings.
- The display will show the remaining time before shutdown.
70° Oscillation
Distribute warmth evenly across a wider area.
- Press the Oscillation button to activate or deactivate the 70-degree oscillation.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning helps maintain the heater's performance.
- Always unplug the heater before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces.
- Do not use cleaning agents or abrasive materials.
- Clean the air intake filter regularly with a vacuum cleaner attachment to remove dust and debris.
- Ensure the heater is completely dry before plugging it back in.
Storage
When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place.
- Unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely.
- Clean the heater as per the maintenance instructions.
- Store the heater in its original packaging or a suitable container to protect it from dust and damage.
Troubleshooting Guide
