3. Product Overview
The Digitek DAC 002 is a compact and versatile action camera designed for capturing high-quality video and photos in various environments.

3.1 Camera Components
- Front: Lens, 'G CAM' branding, 5K Ultra HD, Wi-Fi indicator.
- Top: 'OK' button (Select/Shutter), 'M' button (Mode/Power).
- Side: MicroSD card slot, USB Type-C port (for charging and data transfer), HDMI output port.
- Rear: 2-inch HD LCD screen for live view and playback.
- Bottom: Battery compartment.

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the camera.
- Insert a fully charged 1350mAh battery into the compartment, ensuring correct orientation.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2 MicroSD Card Insertion
- Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert a compatible MicroSD card (up to 128GB, UHS-III Rated TF Card recommended for 4K videos) into the slot until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently press the card until it pops out.
4.3 Waterproof Housing Usage
The camera comes with a robust waterproof housing, allowing for underwater use up to 100 feet (30 meters).
- Ensure the camera is dry and clean before placing it inside the housing.
- Carefully place the camera into the waterproof housing.
- Securely close the housing latch, ensuring a tight seal. Always test the housing without the camera first to confirm it is watertight.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the 'M' (Mode/Power) button on the top of the camera.
- To power off, press and hold the 'M' button again.
5.2 Menu Navigation
Use the 'M' button to cycle through different modes (Video, Photo, Playback, Settings). Use the 'OK' button to select an option or confirm a setting. The side buttons (Up/Down arrows) are used to navigate within menus.
5.3 Video Settings
Access the Video Settings menu to adjust recording parameters:
- Video Resolution: Select from 5K 30fps, 4K 60fps, 4K 30fps, 2.7K 30fps, 1080P 120fps, 1080P 60fps, 1080P 30fps, 720P 240fps.
- EIS Stabilization: Enable or disable 6-Axis Gyro EIS for smoother footage. Note: Enabling stabilization may limit Field of View options to 'Wide'.
- Loop Video: Continuous recording that overwrites older footage.
- Time-Lapse: Capture a series of photos at set intervals to create a time-lapse video.
- Slow Motion: Record at a higher frame rate for slow-motion playback.
- Fast Motion: Speed up footage for dynamic effects.
- Field of View (FOV): Adjust the lens angle (Wide, Medium, Narrow).
- Wind Noise Reduction: Minimize wind noise in audio recordings.
- Low Light: Optimize performance in low-light conditions.
- Date Stamp: Add date and time to your recordings.

5.4 Photo Settings
Access the Photo Settings menu to configure still image capture:
- Photo Resolution: Choose from 48MP (interpolated), 24MP, 16MP, 14MP.
- Long Exposure: Adjust exposure time for creative effects in low light.
- ISO: Manually set ISO sensitivity.
- Burst Mode: Capture multiple photos in quick succession (e.g., 3, 5, 15, 30 photos).
- Timer: Set a delay before taking a photo.

- Poor video quality: Verify that the selected resolution and frame rate are appropriate for your needs. Ensure the lens is clean.
