Setup Guide
- Connect Antennas: Screw the two Wi-Fi antennas onto the connectors at the rear of the device.
- Connect to Display: Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output port on the Z20 PRO and the other end to an HDMI input port on your TV or display.
- Connect to Network (Optional):
- Wired: Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the Gigabit LAN port on the Z20 PRO.
- Wireless: The device supports 2.4G+5G dual-band WiFi 6. You will configure the wireless connection in the system settings after initial power-on.
- Install Internal HDD (Optional): If using an internal hard drive, carefully open the hidden HDD bay on the side, insert your SATA 3.0 compatible hard drive (up to 16TB), and secure it.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC 12V input port on the Z20 PRO, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the "ON" position. The device will boot up.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including language selection, network configuration (if not wired), and time zone settings.
Operating Instructions
Navigation
Use the included remote control to navigate the Android 11 interface. The directional pad, OK button, Back button, and Home button are primary controls.
Media Playback
The Z20 PRO supports various media formats and sources:
- Local Storage: Play media from connected USB drives, internal HDD, or SD cards.
- Network Storage: Access media from NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices or shared folders on your PC via NFS, SMB V1/V2/V3, or UPnP protocols.
- Supported Formats: 4K@60Hz, 12Bit, BD/UHD BDMV/ISO, MVC 3D (Blu-ray MKV), MKV, TS, AV1 decoding. Supports HDR (HDR10/HLG/HDR10+/Dolby Vision).
- Audio Playback: Master-level DSD (SACD ISO, DFF, DSF), Lossless CD (WAV, APE, FLAC) up to DSD256/PCM 192KHZ sampling rate.
System Settings
Access the system settings menu to configure:
- Network: Wi-Fi connection, Ethernet settings.
- Display: Resolution, HDR settings, aspect ratio.
- Audio: Audio output mode (HDMI, SPDIF), passthrough settings.
