2. Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions carefully before installing and operating the controller.
- Install the controller indoors, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Ensure all wiring is secure and connections are tight to avoid loose connections that can cause excessive heat.
- Connect the battery first, then the load, and finally the solar panel. Disconnect in the reverse order.
- Always connect the battery with correct polarity. Reverse polarity can damage the controller.
- Use appropriate wire sizes for all connections to prevent voltage drop and overheating. The controller terminals accommodate up to 4AWG/25mm² wires.
- This controller features common positive grounding.
- For safety, it is recommended that installation be performed by qualified personnel.

4. Installation
4.1 Mounting
Mount the controller vertically on a flat surface to ensure proper heat dissipation. The mounting hole size is 190*104mm with Φ5mm holes. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the controller for air circulation.
4.2 Wiring Connections
Follow the connection and disconnection order precisely to prevent damage to the controller or other components. The controller uses common positive grounding.

Connection Order:
- Connect Battery: Connect the battery to the controller's battery terminals (marked with a battery symbol). Ensure correct polarity.
- Connect DC Load: Connect the DC load to the controller's load terminals (marked with a light bulb symbol).
- Connect Solar Panel (PV): Connect the solar panel to the controller's PV terminals (marked with a solar panel symbol).
Disconnection Order:
To disconnect, reverse the connection order:
- Disconnect Solar Panel (PV).
- Disconnect DC Load.
- Disconnect Battery.

- Discharging Current: Current flowing from the battery to the load.
- Power Generation: Accumulated energy generated by the solar panel (KWH).
