Setup
Follow these steps to connect your PowerA Advantage Wired Controller:
- Unpack the Controller: Carefully remove the controller and its detachable 10ft USB-C cable from the packaging.
- Connect the USB-C Cable: Insert the USB-C end of the cable into the port on the top of the controller. Ensure it is firmly seated.
- Connect to Console/PC: Plug the standard USB-A end of the cable into an available USB port on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One console, or Windows 10/11 PC.
- Power On: The controller should automatically power on and connect to your device. The Xbox button on the controller will illuminate to indicate a successful connection.

Operating Instructions
The PowerA Advantage Wired Controller is equipped with several features to enhance your gaming experience:
- Advanced Gaming Buttons: Two mappable buttons are located on the back of the controller. These can be programmed on-the-fly without needing to access system settings. Refer to the PowerA Gamer HQ App for detailed customization options.
- 3-Way Trigger Locks: Adjust the travel distance of the triggers (LT/RT) using the three-position switches on the back of the controller. This allows for quicker actions in games requiring rapid trigger presses.
- Dual Rumble Motors & Impulse Triggers: The controller features dual rumble motors for general haptic feedback and impulse triggers for reactive sensations, enhancing immersion in supported games.
- Headset Compatibility: A 3.5mm stereo headset jack is located on the bottom of the controller for connecting your gaming headset.

- Controller Not Responding:
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the controller and the console/PC.
- Try plugging the controller into a different USB port.
- Restart your console or PC.
- Buttons/Sticks Not Working Correctly:
- Check for any physical obstructions or debris around the buttons or analog sticks.
- Use the PowerA Gamer HQ App to test button functionality and calibrate analog sticks.
- No Audio Through Headset Jack:
- Ensure your headset is fully plugged into the 3.5mm jack on the controller.
