Setup Instructions

The following steps outline the initial setup of your pressure washer. For a visual guide, refer to the instructional video in the Operating Instructions section.

  1. Add Engine Oil:

Locate the oil fill cap. Using a funnel, carefully pour SAE 10W-30 motor oil into the engine until it reaches the appropriate level on the dipstick. Do not overfill. Securely replace the oil fill cap. (Refer to the instructional video for demonstration.)

  2. Add Gasoline:

Open the fuel tank cap. Pour 87+ octane gasoline into the fuel tank. Do not use E85 or other alternative fuels. Securely replace the fuel tank cap. (Refer to the instructional video for demonstration.)

Attach the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the pump outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. (Refer to the instructional video for demonstration.)

  4. Connect Water Supply:

Connect a garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Important: Ensure the gasket is properly seated in the water pipe connection to prevent leaks. Turn on the water supply fully. (Refer to the instructional video for demonstration.)

Operating Instructions

  1. Starting the Engine:
    • Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
    • Open the throttle.
    • Close the damper (choke) for cold starts.
    • Pull the starter rope slowly until resistance is felt, then pull hard to start the engine.
    • Once the engine starts, gradually open the damper (choke).

  2. Selecting Nozzles:

Your pressure washer comes with 4 quick-connect nozzles (0°, 25°, 40°, and soap) for various tasks. Choose the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning needs.

    • 0° (Red): For concentrated, high-impact cleaning on stubborn stains. Use with caution.
    • 25° (Green): For general cleaning of most surfaces.
    • 40° (White): For gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces like vehicles or windows.
    • Soap (Black): For applying detergent.

  • Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil according to the engine manufacturer's recommendations (refer to the engine manual if provided separately).
  • Fuel: Use fresh gasoline (87+ octane) for optimal performance. Store the unit with a full tank of stabilized fuel or drain the fuel system for long-term storage.
  • Water Connections: Always ensure gaskets are in place and in good condition when connecting water hoses to prevent leaks.
  • Nozzles: Clean nozzles regularly to prevent blockages and maintain consistent spray patterns.
  • Pump: The durable axial cam pump is designed for reliable, long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Consult a qualified technician for any pump-related issues.
  • Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, protected area, especially during freezing temperatures to prevent damage to the pump.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Engine does not start No fuel, low oil, engine switch off, choke incorrect, fouled spark plug. Check fuel and oil levels, ensure switch is ON, adjust choke, inspect/replace spark plug.
Low pressure Insufficient water supply, clogged nozzle, air in pump, worn pump seals. Ensure full water supply, clean nozzle, purge air from pump, contact support for pump issues.
Water leaks Loose connections, missing/damaged gaskets, cracked hose. Tighten connections, replace gaskets, inspect/replace hose.
Engine runs rough Stale fuel, dirty air filter, carburetor issues. Drain old fuel and add fresh, clean/replace air filter, consult technician for carburetor.
