5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Cuifati Digital RF Modulator:
- Connect the AV Source: Connect your AV source (e.g., satellite receiver, DVD player, camcorder) to the modulator's AV input ports.
- Connect the yellow RCA cable from your AV source to the Video In port on the modulator.
- Connect the white RCA cable from your AV source to the Audio-L In port on the modulator.
- Connect the red RCA cable from your AV source to the Audio-R In port on the modulator.
- Connect to TV/Distribution System: Connect the modulator's RF output to your television or cable distribution system.
- Connect a coaxial cable from the RF OUT port on the modulator to the RF input (Antenna/Cable In) on your television or RF distribution amplifier.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the modulator's power input and then into a standard AC 90-240V wall outlet.

- Power On: The modulator will power on automatically once connected to power. The digital display will illuminate.
6. Operating Instructions
After setup, follow these steps to operate the modulator:
- Select Output Channel:
- Use the CH- and CH+ buttons to select your desired RF output channel. The selected channel number will be shown on the digital display.
- Press the SET button to confirm the channel selection.
- Tune Your TV:
- On your television, select the appropriate input (usually "Antenna" or "Cable").
- Perform an automatic channel scan or manually tune your TV to the same channel number you selected on the modulator.
- Once tuned, you should see the video and hear the audio from your AV source.
- Adjust Output Levels:
- Use the VIDEO knob to adjust the video output level for optimal picture clarity.
- Use the AUDIO knob to adjust the audio output level for desired sound volume.
- Automatic Switching: The AV equipment system will automatically switch to the home TV when turned on, provided the TV is tuned to the modulator's output channel.
