Setup & Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and effective operation of your WUPP Fuse Block. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Mounting: Securely mount the fuse block in a dry, accessible location using the provided self-tapping screws. Ensure sufficient space for wiring and fuse access.
2. Main Power Connection: Connect the main positive (BAT+) terminal of the fuse block directly to your vehicle's positive battery terminal. Connect the main negative (BAT-) terminal to a reliable ground point on your vehicle chassis or directly to the negative battery terminal.
3. ACC Interface Connection (Optional): For accessories that should only be powered when the ignition is on, connect the ACC terminal of the fuse block to a switched 12V power source (e.g., an ignition-controlled wire). This feature ensures that power to connected accessories is automatically cut off when the vehicle is turned off, preventing battery drain.
4. Appliance Wiring: For each electrical appliance you wish to power, connect its positive wire to one of the fused output terminals (numbered 1-6) on the fuse block. Connect the negative wire of each appliance to the common negative bus bar on the fuse block.

Operating Instructions

The WUPP Fuse Block is designed for straightforward operation. Once properly installed and powered, the integrated LED indicators provide immediate feedback on the status of each circuit:

• Blue LED Light: A blue light illuminated next to a fuse indicates that the circuit is operating normally and power is flowing through the fuse.
• Red LED Light: A red light illuminated next to a fuse indicates that the fuse is disconnected or blown. This means there is a problem with the circuit, and the fuse needs to be replaced.
