1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation of your LeTkingok Leather Electric Heating Press Tool, Model zhuang-274. This hand-held tool is designed for leather trimming and edge finishing, featuring adjustable temperature control from 40°C to 700°C and compatibility with 110V-220V power supplies. It includes an overcurrent protection circuit and a digital display for precise temperature management.

2. Safety Information

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the device:

• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the device's requirements (110V-220V).

4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Connect the Handpiece: Insert the connector of the hand-held tool into the designated port on the control unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Attach the Hot Head: Carefully screw the hot head onto the hand-held tool. Ensure it is finger-tight but do not overtighten.

4. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the power input port on the back of the control unit, then plug the other end into a suitable 110V-220V AC power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Flip the main power switch on the back of the control unit to the "ON" position. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Activate Heating: Press and hold the power button on the control unit for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep, indicating that the heating process has started.
3. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature adjustment dial on the front of the control unit to set the desired temperature between 40°C and 700°C. The digital display will show the set temperature and the current temperature.

   Note: The optimal temperature for leather edge finishing varies depending on the type of leather and edge oil used. Start with a lower temperature and gradually increase as needed.

4. Preheating: Allow the tool to preheat until the displayed temperature reaches your set value. This may take a few minutes.
5. Application: Once the desired temperature is reached, gently apply the hot head to the edge of the leather. Move the tool smoothly and consistently along the edge to achieve an even finish.

6. Power Off: After use, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the heating element. Then, flip the main power switch on the back of the control unit to the "OFF" position and unplug the device from the power outlet.
7. Cool Down: Allow the hot head and hand-held tool to cool completely before handling or storing.

Advanced Settings

The device offers more than 20 personalized settings, including power-on password lock, password lock temperature, vibration switch sensitivity setting, and low voltage alarm.
