Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power adapter not connected; Power outlet faulty; Power switch off. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected. Try a different power outlet. Turn the power switch ON. |
| No sound output | Main volume too low; Speaker/amplifier not connected or off; Incorrect input selection; Channel level too low. | Increase "Main control" (16) volume. Check speaker/amplifier connections and power. Verify correct input source is selected. Increase individual channel "Level" controls. |
| Microphone not working | Microphone not connected; Phantom power not enabled (for condenser mics); Gain too low; Faulty cable/microphone. | Check microphone connection to "Mic input jacks" (1). Enable "Phantom +48V switch" (2) if needed. Increase "Gain control" (3). Test with a different cable or microphone. |
| Bluetooth connection issues | Mixer not in Bluetooth mode; Device not paired; Interference. | Ensure "5/6 and USB switch" (9) is set to Bluetooth. Re-pair the device. Move closer to the mixer or reduce interference sources. |
| Distorted sound | Input gain too high; Output volume too high; EQ settings incorrect. | Reduce "Gain control" (3) to prevent "Peak control" (8) light from illuminating. Lower "Main control" (16). Adjust EQ settings. |
