4. Gameplay
The game proceeds in turns, with players rolling dice and moving their tokens around the board. The core mechanics involve buying, selling, and trading properties, collecting rent, and responding to various game cards.
4.1. Player Turn
- Roll both dice and move your token clockwise the corresponding number of spaces.
- Perform the action associated with the space you land on.
- If you rolled doubles, take another turn after completing your current turn.
4.2. Property Acquisition and Development
When you land on an unowned property, you may purchase it for the price indicated on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the property is immediately auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Once you own all properties in a color group, you can begin building "Improvements" and "Renovations" to increase rent. Rent is doubled on unimproved properties within a complete color group.

4.3. "The Stare Down" and "Pretty, Pretty, Pretty Good" Cards
These cards replace the traditional Chance and Community Chest cards. When you land on these spaces, draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions. These cards can lead to unexpected gains, losses, or movements around the board, adding an element of unpredictability to the game.
