6.2. Storage
Store the drone and its components in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure batteries are charged to storage voltage (typically 50-60%) if storing for extended periods.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your drone, consider the following general troubleshooting steps:
- Drone not powering on: Check battery charge level and ensure it's correctly installed and latched.
- Remote not connecting: Ensure both drone and remote are powered on and within range. Check remote battery level.
- Unstable flight: Perform IMU calibration. Check for damaged propellers and replace if necessary. Ensure arms are fully unfolded and tightened.
- GPS signal issues: Ensure you are in an open area with a clear view of the sky. Wait for sufficient satellite connections (at least 9 satellites recommended).
- Bait release failure: Check the payload switch on the remote and ensure the bait is correctly attached to the DPL mechanism.
For persistent issues, refer to the official Swellpro support resources or contact customer service.
