5. Operation

The Fitcamx dash cam is designed for automatic operation. Once installed and powered, it will automatically begin recording when your vehicle starts. There is no need to manually start or stop recording for daily use.

5.1 Loop Recording

The camera continuously records video. When the storage card is full, the oldest footage will be overwritten by new content. This ensures that recording never stops due to a full memory card. You can set the recording duration per file (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes) via the Fitcamx app.

5.2 G-Sensor

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. In the event of such an incident, the camera automatically locks the current video footage, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical evidence is preserved.

5.3 Night Vision

The dash cam features advanced optical sensor technology (CMOS) and a large f/1.6 aperture lens, combined with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, to provide clear video recording even in low-light conditions or at night. This enhances visibility of license plates and road signs.
