3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Robot Vacuum
Before first use, fully charge the robot vacuum. Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring no obstacles within 1 meter to the sides and 2 meters in front. Connect the adapter to the charging base and a power outlet. The robot will automatically return to the charging base when its battery is low or cleaning is complete.

3.2 Connecting to the Vactidy Smart App
For enhanced control and scheduling, connect your robot vacuum to the Vactidy Smart App. Note: The APP only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
- Download the Vactidy APP from your app market.
- Add your T7 robot vacuum to the APP.
- Ensure T7 is on and charging in the charging dock.
- Press and hold the start button for 5 seconds.
- Connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Select and connect the WiFi of "SL-Vactidy-XXXX".
- Wait for the robot to pair successfully.

4. Operating Modes

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Vactidy T7.
5.1 Emptying the Dustbin and Water Tank
The 2-in-1 dustbin and water tank should be emptied and cleaned after each use, especially after mopping. Remove the tank, dispose of debris, and rinse thoroughly with water. Allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
The dustbin and water tank are easily removable for cleaning.
5.2 Cleaning Brushes and Filters
Periodically inspect and clean the main brush and side brushes. Remove any tangled hair or debris. The HEPA filters should also be cleaned regularly by tapping them to remove dust. Replace filters as needed to maintain suction power.
The product includes two replacement side brushes and two replacement HEPA filters for convenience.
6. Troubleshooting

- Robot not charging: Ensure the charging base is properly connected to power and the robot is correctly aligned with the charging contacts. Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the base.
- Reduced suction power: Check if the dustbin is full, the main brush or side brushes are tangled, or the filters are clogged. Clean or replace components as necessary.
- Robot getting stuck frequently: Clear obstacles from the cleaning path. The robot has advanced 3D precise obstacle avoidance, but some small items or loose cables may still cause issues.
- App connection issues: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Restart your router, the robot, and your phone. Try re-pairing the device through the app.
- Mopping not effective: Ensure the water tank is filled and the mopping cloth is properly attached and wet. Check for clogs in the water dispenser.
