2. Safety Information
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
- This device is designed for use with 110V~240V light bulb sockets.
- Do not expose the camera to extreme temperatures or corrosive environments.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.

4. Setup
4.1 Physical Installation
Install the light bulb camera into a standard E27/E26 universal screw light bulb socket (110V~240V). Ensure the socket provides a constant power supply and is not motion-activated or part of a light fixture that is frequently turned off.

4.2 Micro SD Card Installation
Locate the micro SD card slot on the camera. Gently insert the provided 128GB TF card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted with the connectors facing the correct direction.

4.3 App Download & Account Setup
Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for the "YI IoT" app in your smartphone's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS). Download and install the app. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and log in.
4.4 Device Pairing
Once logged in, follow the app's instructions to add a new device. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera's lens. The camera will provide voice prompts during the pairing process. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View & Controls
Access the live video feed through the app. You can pan (left/right) and tilt (up/down) the camera remotely using the controls within the app to adjust the viewing angle. The camera offers 2.5K 4MP Full HD resolution.

5.2 Night Vision Modes
The camera features 4MP Color Night Vision. Quality infrared LEDs and sensors extend the night vision range up to 66ft. You can switch between different night vision modes (e.g., color, infrared) via the app settings to suit your monitoring needs.

5.3 Motion Detection & Tracking
Enable AI Human Motion Detection and Tracking in the app settings. The camera can automatically detect human movement and track the subject within its field of view. It can also trigger a siren alarm or light alarm to deter intruders.

5.4 Two-Way Audio
Utilize the two-way audio feature to communicate through the camera. Press the microphone icon in the app to speak, and listen through the camera's speaker.
5.5 Recording & Storage
Recordings are stored on the included 128GB TF card. The camera supports continuous recording or event-triggered recording based on motion detection. Cloud storage options are also available through the app for additional security and backup.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check the app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
- SD Card Management: Periodically review and manage recordings on the TF card to prevent it from becoming full.
7. Troubleshooting
- Camera Offline: Ensure the camera is properly screwed into the socket and receiving power. Check your Wi-Fi connection (2.4GHz only). Try resetting the camera using the reset button.
- Poor Image Quality: Ensure the lens is clean. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength.
- Motion Detection Issues: Adjust sensitivity settings in the app. Ensure the camera's field of view is clear of obstructions.
- Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi: Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct. Try moving the camera closer to the router.
