Key Installation Steps:
- Valve Installation:
The pressure-balanced valve is cUPC certified. The depth of the main body should be between 2.36" - 3.14". Ensure the valve is installed horizontally and vertically parallel to the wall using a spirit level. The size of the valve that needs to be drilled is approximately 4.9" x 7.6". The recommended drilling depth for a blank wall is 1.8" - 2.36".

- Pipe Connection:
Before connecting water supply pipes, discharge sewage water to prevent blockages. Use enough Teflon tape on all pipe connections to prevent leaks. If using copper plumbing, remove the cartridge before soldering to prevent damage from high temperatures.
- Water Test and Leak Detection:
After connecting all pipes, temporarily remove the plastic protection cover from the valve and switch the water on/off. Check all connections for any leaks before proceeding with tiling. Re-install the plastic protection cover to the valve.
- Wall Tiling Program:
Use a parallel ruler to measure the flatness of the valve and the vertical wall surface. If the wall surface is not flat, it should be patched to ensure the valve and vertical wall angle meet at a nearly ideal angle of 90 degrees before laying tiles.
- Shower Arm Installation:
Apply Teflon tape to the shower arm's connector. Insert the shower arm into the pre-installed connector inside the wall and twist to secure. Attach the decorative cover. Then, twist the 12-inch rain shower head onto the other end of the shower arm. Take care to wrap the product with clothes or towels during installation to avoid damage to the surface coating.

- Tub Spout Installation:
Apply Teflon tape to the thread on the adapter. Screw the adapter to the water pipe with an allen wrench. Insert the tub spout to the adapter, then lock it with screws. Take care to wrap the product with clothes or towels during installation to avoid damage to the surface coating.

Image: The shower system's control panel, illustrating the temperature control lever and the diverter knob for switching between the three water modes.
- Temperature Control: Use the main lever handle to adjust water temperature from cold to hot. The cUPC certified pressure balancing cartridge ensures a comfortable water temperature and protects against sudden changes in water pressure.
- 3 Outlet Modes: The diverter knob allows you to switch between the fixed rain shower, handheld shower, and tub spout.
- Fixed Shower: Provides a gentle and even water flow from the 12-inch rain shower head.
- Handheld Shower: Offers targeted cleaning and flexibility.
- Tub Spout: Delivers a waterfall flow for quickly filling the bathtub.
- Important Note: The fixed shower head and handheld shower cannot be used at the same time.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your shower system.
- Cleaning: Flush with clean water and dry with a soft cloth only.
- Stain Removal: If any dirt is present, clean with soft liquid or transparent glass detergent.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use any scrubbing detergent, polisher, sand-cloth, paper tissue, or scraper.
- Chemical Avoidance: Do not use acid detergent, insoluble, or grain-like detergent or soap, as these can damage the finish.
- Winter Care: In cold areas or if the indoor temperature is less than 39°F in winter, turn off the inlet water valve and drain the remaining water inside the supply pipe if the faucets are not used for a long time. This prevents faucet damage caused by the expansion of frozen water.
