5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Height Adjustment

• Up/Down Movement: Press and hold the Up (▲) or Down (▼) arrow buttons to move the desk to your desired height. Release the button to stop.
• Height Memory Presets: The control panel has three memory buttons (1, 2, 3).

  2. Press the M button. The LED display will show 'S-'.
  3. Within 3 seconds, press the desired memory button (1, 2, or 3) to save the current height. The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', or 'S-3' to confirm.
  4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding memory button (1, 2, or 3). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

The sit-stand reminder helps promote healthy work habits by prompting you to change positions.

• Activate Reminder: Press the Alarm Clock button on the control panel. The LED display will show a default reminder time (e.g., '45' for 45 minutes).
• Adjust Reminder Time: Use the Up (▲) or Down (▼) arrow buttons to set your desired reminder interval (e.g., 30, 45, 60 minutes).
• Confirm: Press the M button to confirm the reminder time. The timer will start counting down.
• Reminder Alert: When the set time elapses, the desk will beep to remind you to switch between sitting and standing.
• Deactivate Reminder: Press the Alarm Clock button again to turn off the reminder function.
