Assembly & Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step 1: Insert the Coupling into the Motor

Carefully insert the coupling into the motor. Ensure the coupling is oriented correctly as shown in the diagram to avoid damage.

Step 2: Insert the Motor and Right Column

Attach the motor assembly to the right lifting column. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Pay close attention to the motor's direction during installation.

Step 3: Install the Crossbeam

Connect the crossbeam to the lifting columns. Align the three protrusions on the lifting column with the corresponding holes in the crossbeam. Secure with screws.

Step 4: Install the Support Plates

Attach the two support plates to the top of the lifting columns. These plates will provide the mounting surface for your desk board.

Step 5: Install the Desk Feet

Secure the desk feet to the bottom of each lifting column using the provided hardware. Ensure they are firmly attached for stability.

Step 6: Adjust the Crossbeam

Adjust the length of the crossbeam to fit your desired tabletop size. Ensure the distance from the edge of the tabletop to the leg is approximately 200mm (8 inches) on both sides for optimal stability.

Step 7: Install Table Board

Place your chosen desk board onto the support plates. Secure the desk board to the frame using appropriate screws (not included with the frame, prepared by customer). It is recommended to pre-drill pilot holes if your tabletop material requires it.

Step 8: Install the Transmission Rod

Insert the transmission rod, connecting the motor to the other lifting column. Ensure it is fully seated and aligned.

Step 9: Tighten the Transmission Rod Nut

Use the spanner to tighten the nut on the transmission rod, securing it in place.

Step 10: Install the Keypad

Mount the keypad to the underside of your desk board in a convenient location using the provided screws. Connect the keypad cable to the motor control unit.

Step 11: Install the Hook

Optionally, install the side storage hook to the underside of the desk board for hanging headphones or other accessories.

Operating Instructions

LED Memory Control Panel

The desk features an intuitive LED memory control panel for easy height adjustment and preset storage.

• Up/Down Buttons: Press and hold to continuously adjust the desk height. Release to stop at the desired height.
• Memory Presets (1, 2, 3, 4): To save a height, adjust the desk to your preferred position, then press the 'M' button followed by the desired number button (1-4). The height is now saved. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding number button.

Electric Lifting System

The desk's electric lifting system allows for smooth and quiet height transitions.

• Height Range: The desk can be adjusted from a minimum height of 28.1 inches (71.4 cm) to a maximum height of 45.7 inches (116.1 cm).
• Smooth Operation: The single motor system ensures a stable and consistent lift, preventing wobbling during adjustment.
• Load Capacity: The desk frame can support up to 176 lbs (80 kg), suitable for multiple monitors and office equipment.
