Operating Instructions
Your Veken shower system offers versatile water flow options:
- Adjusting Water Flow: The integrated tri-arm extension features a forward-facing knob (diverter) to easily switch between the rain shower head, handheld shower head, or both simultaneously. Rotate the knob to select your desired spray mode.
- Rain Shower Head: The large 11.8-inch rain shower head provides wide coverage and a rainfall sensation. The adjustable swivel ball connector allows you to tilt and turn the head to your preferred angle.
- Handheld Shower Head: The handheld unit offers multiple spray modes. Use the selector on the handheld head to cycle through options such as Rainfall Spray, Power Massage, Rain & Massage, Rain, Rain & Mist, and Mist. It also includes a pause function.
- Adjustable Extension Arm: The 15-inch 2-section shower arm allows for height and angle adjustment, ensuring optimal positioning for users of varying heights.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Veken shower system:
- Anti-Clog Nozzles: The shower heads are equipped with anti-clog nozzles. To clean, gently rub the rubber nozzles with your finger or a soft brush to dislodge any mineral buildup.
- General Cleaning: Clean the shower heads and hose regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools, as these can damage the finish.
- Hose Care: The 71" stainless steel rustproof hose with EPDM explosion-proof inner tube is designed for durability. Avoid kinking or excessive pulling to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common solutions:
- Low Water Pressure:
- Check for mineral buildup in the nozzles and clean as described in the Maintenance section.
- Ensure the diverter knob is fully engaged in the desired position (rain, handheld, or both).
- Verify that your main water supply valve is fully open.
- Leaks at Connections:
- Ensure all connections are tightened securely. Do not overtighten.
- Check that Teflon tape was applied correctly to threaded connections.
- Verify that all washers are properly seated in their respective connections. Replace spare washers if necessary.
- Handheld Bracket Not Sticking:
- Ensure the wall surface was thoroughly cleaned and dried before application.
- The bracket is designed for smooth surfaces like marble, tiles, glass, or smooth wood. It is not suitable for bump tiles, plaster walls, concrete walls, or wallpaper.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 1 hour before use.
