1. Introduction

4. Before First Use

Before using your steamer for the first time, wash the steam baskets, lid, and rice bowl in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Preparing Food

  • Wash and prepare your food items (e.g., chop vegetables, season fish).
  • Place food loosely in the steam baskets. Do not overcrowd to allow steam to circulate freely.
  • For rice or smaller grains, use the provided rice bowl and place it inside one of the steam baskets.
  • If using the aroma infuser, place desired herbs or spices into the designated compartment.

6.2 Steaming Process

  1. Once food is loaded and baskets are stacked with the lid on, plug the steamer into a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired steaming time (up to 60 minutes). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the steamer is operating.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
