Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Logitech G309 mouse, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the mouse surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Sensor Cleaning: Occasionally inspect the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse for dust or debris. Use a can of compressed air to gently clear any obstructions.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: If you plan not to use the mouse for a long time, remove the AA battery to prevent potential leakage.

If you encounter issues with your Logitech G309 mouse, try the following solutions:
- Mouse Not Responding:
- Ensure the mouse is turned ON using the switch on the underside.
- Check the battery level and replace the AA battery if necessary.
- For LIGHTSPEED connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired correctly. Try unpairing and re-pairing the mouse.
- Lag or Disconnection:
- Reduce the distance between the mouse and the USB receiver/Bluetooth device.
- Move the USB receiver closer to the mouse using the included USB cable extender.
- Avoid interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones).
