1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your FREDORCH Wireless APP Control Machine, Model Wireless APP Control A. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference.

The FREDORCH Wireless APP Control Machine is designed for personal use, offering a powerful 200W servo motor, adjustable stroke length from 1cm to 15cm, and multi-angle positioning for varied experiences. It features both wireless remote and APP control options for convenience.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your FREDORCH machine for use:

1. Attach Standing Brackets: Secure the standing brackets to the main unit. Ensure they are firmly attached for stability.

2. Install Fixed Fixture: Attach the fixed fixture to the main unit. This component helps secure the machine's position.

3. Connect Vac-U-Lock Connector: Attach the Vac-U-Lock connector to the extension rod. This allows for quick attachment of various accessories.

4. Insert Extension Rod: Insert the extension rod with the Vac-U-Lock connector into the twin rod socket on the machine.

5. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the machine and then to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the power light illuminates.
6. Angle Adjustment: The machine's angle can be adjusted from 0-90 degrees to suit various positions. Loosen the adjustment mechanism, set the desired angle, and then tighten to secure.

5. Operating Instructions

Your FREDORCH machine can be controlled via a wireless remote, a wired control unit, or a mobile application.

5.1. Wireless Remote Control

The F21S wireless remote controller allows for convenient operation. Ensure the remote is close to the machine and facing it for optimal signal.

• Power On/Off: Press the 'OFF' button to start or pause the machine.
• Speed Adjustment: Use 'S+' to accelerate and 'S-' to decelerate.
• Stroke Length Adjustment: Use 'D+' for extension of pulling and insertion distance, and 'D-' for shortening.
• Mode Selection: The remote offers 8 modes (M1-M6 and combination modes). Use 'A' to cycle to the next mode and 'B' to cycle to the previous mode. To change modes while the machine is running, first click the 'C' or 'D' button to stop, then select the desired mode with 'A' or 'B', and finally press the '+' or '-' button to start.

5.2. Wired Control Unit

For models equipped with a wired control unit, connect it to the designated port on the machine. The wired control typically features rotary knobs for adjusting pattern, depth, and speed.

• Pattern Knob: Adjusts the motion pattern of the machine.
• Depth Knob: Controls the stroke depth.
• Speed Knob: Adjusts the operating speed.

5.3. APP Control

For models with APP control, download the FREDORCH application from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your machine via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The app provides a comprehensive interface for controlling speed, stroke, and various modes.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your FREDORCH machine.

• Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the power. Remove any attachments and clean them with warm water and a mild, toy-safe soap. Wipe down the machine's main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Lubrication: Periodically check the moving parts for smooth operation. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant if necessary to maintain performance.
• Storage: Store the machine and its accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided storage bag for discreet and protected storage.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Machine Not Powering On:
  - Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the machine and the power outlet.
  - Check if the power light on the adapter is illuminated. If not, try a different outlet or contact support.
• Remote Control Not Responding:
  - Ensure the remote control is close to the machine and pointed towards it.
  - Check the remote's battery. Replace if necessary.
  - If using a wired remote, ensure the cable is fully inserted.
• Machine Stops During Operation:
  - This could indicate an overload. Reduce the load or check for any obstructions.
  - Ensure the power connection is stable.
• Unusual Noise:
  - A slight motor hum is normal. If you hear grinding or excessive noise, discontinue use and inspect for loose parts or obstructions.
• Difficulty Adjusting Angle:
  - Ensure the locking mechanism for angle adjustment is fully loosened before attempting to change the angle. Tighten firmly after adjustment.
