Setup

Transmitter Installation:

The doorbell transmitter can be installed using either the provided adhesive tape or screws.

  1. Using Adhesive Tape:
    • Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and moisture.
    • Peel off one side of the adhesive tape and firmly attach it to the back of the transmitter.
    • Peel off the other side of the adhesive tape and press the transmitter firmly onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds.
  2. Using Screws:
    • Open the back cover of the transmitter.
    • Mark the desired drilling points on the wall using the screw holes on the transmitter's back cover as a guide.
    • Drill holes and insert the provided anchors.
    • Secure the transmitter's back cover to the wall with the screws.
    • Attach the front part of the transmitter to the secured back cover.

Receiver Setup:

Simply plug the receiver into any standard electrical outlet within the wireless range of the transmitter. The receiver will automatically pair with the transmitter.

Operating Instructions

The receiver features three buttons on its side for easy customization:

  • Ringtone Selection Button: Press once to play the next chime. Press twice quickly to go back to the previous chimes. There are 60 available ringtones.
  • Volume Control Button: Press to cycle through 5 volume levels (0-120dB). This includes a silent mode where only the LED indicator blinks.
  • Working Mode Button: Press to switch between three operating modes:
    • Ringing Only: The receiver will only produce sound.
    • LED Only (Silent Mode): The receiver's LED light will blink without sound, ideal for quiet environments or for the hearing impaired.
    • Ringing & LED: Both sound and LED light will activate.

Memory Function:

The doorbell system is equipped with a memory function. All your selected settings (working mode, ringtone, and volume) will be saved and restored automatically when the power is turned off and on again, eliminating the need for re-selection.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of both the transmitter and receiver. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Transmitter Battery: The transmitter uses an ultra-low power consumption design, providing a lifespan of approximately 4.5 years. When the doorbell button no longer activates the receiver, it may be time to replace the transmitter's battery. Refer to the transmitter's back for battery type and replacement instructions.
  • Receiver Power: Ensure the receiver is always plugged into a live electrical outlet for continuous operation.

Troubleshooting
