1. Setup

1.1 Package Contents

Ensure all components are present before assembly:

• PowerSmart 40V Cordless Pressure Washer Unit
• 40V, 4.0Ah Battery
• Battery Charger

• Multi-Spray Nozzle (5 pressure-adjust settings)

1.2 Battery Installation and Charging

Insert the fully charged 40V battery into the designated slot on the pressure washer unit until it clicks securely into place. To charge the battery, connect the charger to a power outlet and then connect the battery to the charger. The indicator lights on the charger will show the charging status.

1.3 Hose and Nozzle Connection

Attach the hose with the filter to the hose connector on the pressure washer unit. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks. Select the desired multi-spray nozzle or foam cannon and attach it to the spray lance. The nozzles are designed for quick connection.

1.4 Water Source Connection

The pressure washer can draw water from any fresh water source. For direct faucet connection, use the quick faucet connect adapter. For drawing water from a bucket or other container, ensure the hose with the filter is fully submerged in the water source.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Powering On and Off

To power on the unit, press the ON/OFF switch located on the handle. The unit will begin to draw water and build pressure. To power off, release the trigger and press the ON/OFF switch again.

2.2 Adjusting Pressure and Spray Patterns

The multi-spray nozzle offers 5 adjustable settings: 0°, 15°, 25°, 45°, and Soap mode. Rotate the nozzle head to select the desired spray pattern. The 0° setting provides a concentrated stream for tough spots, while wider angles are suitable for general cleaning and rinsing.

2.3 Using the Foam Cannon

Fill the foam cannon with appropriate cleaning solution. Attach the foam cannon to the spray lance. Select the 'Soap mode' on the multi-spray nozzle (if applicable) or use the dedicated foam cannon attachment. Spray the desired surface, allowing the foam to penetrate dirt before rinsing.

• Car Washing: Use the foam cannon for soap application and a wider spray angle (e.g., 25° or 45°) for rinsing.
• Deck and Patio Cleaning: Use a 25° or 45° spray angle to remove dirt and grime from wooden or concrete surfaces.
• Driveway Cleaning: For stubborn stains, start with a narrower angle (e.g., 15°) and adjust as needed.
• Window Cleaning: Use a wide, gentle spray (e.g., 45°) to clean windows without damage.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning and Storage

After each use, disconnect the unit from the water source and remove the battery. Rinse the foam cannon and nozzles with clean water. Store the pressure washer in a dry, protected area, especially during cold weather to prevent freezing damage. Ensure all water is drained from the unit and hoses before storage.

3.2 Battery Care

Always store the battery in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. Charge the battery regularly, even when not in use, to maintain its lifespan.

4. Troubleshooting

• No Pressure: Ensure the water source is connected and turned on, and the hose filter is not clogged. Check that the battery is fully charged and properly installed.
• Unit Not Turning On: Verify the battery is charged and correctly inserted. Check the ON/OFF switch for proper engagement.
• Water Leaks: Ensure all hose and nozzle connections are tight. Check O-rings for damage and replace if necessary.
