Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch. Plug the USB end into a compatible power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

2. App Download & Installation
To unlock all features and sync data, download the companion app. Scan the QR code provided in the user manual or search for "Fitomo" in your phone's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iPhone).

3. Device Pairing
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the Fitomo app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your Parsonver Smart Watch (model SR1). Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the watch. Ensure the app has necessary permissions for calls, contacts, and notifications.

Operating Instructions
Basic Navigation
The smartwatch features a responsive 1.32-inch HD circular touch display. Swipe left/right or up/down to navigate through different functions and menus. The side button typically serves as a power/back button.

Call & Notification Management
Once connected via Bluetooth, you can make and answer calls directly from your wrist. The watch also displays smart notifications for calls, SMS, texts, and various apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Note: The watch does not support sending messages.

Health Monitoring
The smartwatch continuously monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen levels (SpO2). It also provides detailed sleep analysis (deep sleep, light sleep, REM, wake times) and stress monitoring. Women's health tracking for menstrual cycles is also available.

Fitness Tracking & Sports Modes
Choose from over 100 indoor and outdoor sports modes (walking, running, cycling, basketball, football, etc.). The watch automatically records daily steps, distance, calories burned, and active minutes.

Personalize your watch with over 200 pre-installed dials or create custom designs using your photos. Additional features include breathing training, real-time weather, music control, stopwatch, camera control, adjustable brightness, sedentary reminders, hydration prompts, and phone finder.

Waterproof & Dustproof
The smartwatch has an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating, making it suitable for daily activities like hand washing, sweating during workouts, and light rain. Avoid prolonged submersion or high-speed water activities like swimming or showering.
