The Ninja Extended Life Premium Ceramic Cookware Set (Model CW99009) is designed for long-lasting nonstick performance and healthy cooking. Featuring CeramicLock™ coating, this cookware offers superior durability and requires minimal oil or fat. It is oven safe up to 550°F, compatible with all stovetops including induction, and is free from harmful chemicals like PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium.

Setup

Before first use, wash all cookware pieces and lids with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. It is recommended to season your cookware by rubbing a small amount of cooking oil (e.g., vegetable, canola) onto the nonstick surface with a paper towel. Heat the pan over medium heat for 30-60 seconds, then let it cool. Wipe off any excess oil. This process helps optimize nonstick performance.

Operating Instructions

Stovetop Use

• Heat Settings: Use low to medium heat for most cooking. High heat should only be used for boiling liquids or searing, and only for short periods. Excessive high heat can damage the nonstick coating over time.
• Oil/Fat Usage: The CeramicLock™ coating requires little to no oil or fat for cooking. If desired, use a small amount of butter or oil. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays as they can leave a residue that may affect nonstick performance.
• Compatibility: This cookware is compatible with gas, electric, glass ceramic, and induction stovetops.

Oven Use

Ninja Extended Life Ceramic Cookware is oven safe up to 550°F (287°C). This allows for seamless transitions from stovetop to oven for finishing dishes. Lids are also oven safe up to 550°F.

Utensils

This cookware is metal utensil-safe. However, to prolong the life of your nonstick coating, it is recommended to use silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils. Avoid sharp objects or cutting food directly in the pan.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Dishwasher Safe

All Ninja Extended Life Ceramic cookware pieces and lids are dishwasher safe for convenient cleanup.

Hand Washing

For best results and to extend the life of your cookware, hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Avoid using steel wool or harsh abrasive cleaners.

Storage

When storing, place a soft cloth or paper towel between stacked pans to prevent scratching the nonstick surface.

Troubleshooting

• Food Sticking: Ensure the pan is preheated properly before adding food. Use low to medium heat. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays. Re-seasoning the pan may help restore nonstick properties.
• Uneven Heating: Ensure the cookware is centered on the burner. For induction stovetops, verify the burner size matches the pan base.
• Discoloration: High heat over extended periods can cause discoloration. This does not typically affect performance.
