5. Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure the power is OFF at the circuit breaker.
5.1 Pre-Installation Settings
Before mounting the fixture, adjust the desired color temperature, operating mode, and hold time using the switches located on the back of the light.

Color Temperature Selection (C/N/W Switch)
- C (5000K): Cold White
- N (4000K): Neutral White
- W (3000K): Warm White

Operating Mode Selection (AUTO/ON/G Switch)
- AUTO: Motion and Light Sensor activated. The light turns on when motion is detected in dark conditions and turns off after the set hold time. It will not activate during daylight.
- ON: Constant Light. The light remains continuously on, bypassing the motion sensor.
- G: Motion Sensor Only. The light turns on when motion is detected, regardless of ambient light conditions (day or night), and turns off after the set hold time.

Hold Time Selection (30s/120s/180s Switch)
- Choose how long the light stays on after motion is no longer detected: 30 seconds, 120 seconds, or 180 seconds.
5.2 Installation Steps
This fixture supports both ceiling mount and wall mount installations. Recommended mounting height for optimal motion detection is 8-11.5 feet.

- Prepare the Fixture: Rotate and remove the plastic mounting bracket from the light fixture.
- Attach Bracket: Securely attach the plastic mounting bracket to your existing junction box. The bracket is designed for junction boxes with 2.75"-3.7" apart screw holes. Use the provided screws.
- Connect Wiring: Hang the light fixture using the integrated hanging rope for support. Connect the household electrical wires to the fixture's wires using the provided wire nuts. Connect live to live (black to black), neutral to neutral (white to white), and ground to ground (green/bare copper to green/bare copper). Ensure all connections are secure.
- Mount Fixture: Align the light fixture with the mounted bracket and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.

After installation, restore power at the circuit breaker and test the light's functionality.
6. Operating Instructions
Once installed and powered, the light will operate according to the settings selected via the switches on the back of the fixture (Color Temperature, Mode, Hold Time). Refer to Section 5.1 for details on setting these parameters.
6.1 Motion Sensor Operation
The PIR motion sensor detects movement within its range. The detection angle is 120 degrees, and the effective detection range is approximately 10-20 feet (semi-diameter) when ceiling mounted at 8-11.5 feet.

For optimal performance, avoid installing the light near heat sources, air conditioning vents, or in areas with significant air movement, as these can interfere with motion detection.
7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BLNAN LED Ceiling Light, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Ensure power is off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface of the fixture. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or electrical components.
- Inspection: Periodically check the fixture for any signs of damage or loose connections. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
- LEDs: The integrated LED lights are designed for long life and are not user-replaceable.
