Setup

  1. Connect the Tablet: Connect the Acepen Graphics Drawing Tablet to your computer (Windows PC or Mac) or Android mobile device using the provided USB cable. Use the appropriate OTG adapter for mobile devices if necessary.
  2. Install Drivers: For optimal performance and full functionality, it is recommended to install the latest drivers from the official Acepen website. This will enable features such as pressure sensitivity, tilt-response, and customizable hot keys.
  3. Configure Settings: After driver installation, open the Acepen driver software. Here you can customize pen pressure, assign functions to the 8 hot keys, and adjust the active area mapping to your screen.

Operating the Tablet

Using the Battery-Free Stylus

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Tablet not responding:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the tablet and your device.
- Try connecting to a different USB port.
- Restart your computer/device.
- Reinstall the tablet drivers from the Acepen website.
Stylus not working or no pressure sensitivity:
- Check if the stylus nib is properly inserted and not overly worn. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the tablet drivers are correctly installed and updated.
- Verify that pressure sensitivity is enabled in your drawing software settings.
Hot keys not functioning:
- Make sure the tablet drivers are installed.
- Open the Acepen driver software and check the hot key assignments. Reconfigure if needed.
- Ensure the driver software is running in the background.
