    • Alarm Recording: Records only when motion is detected.
  • NVR/FTP Recording: The camera supports recording to Network Video Recorders (NVRs) or FTP servers (e.g., NAS or HDD connected to a router) for extended storage and management. Refer to your NVR or FTP software documentation for integration.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your TENVIS TA702D camera.

  • Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface or lens coating.
  • Power Supply: Ensure the power adapter and cable are free from damage. A stable power supply is crucial for continuous operation.
  • Network Connection: Verify that your Wi-Fi signal is strong or that the Ethernet cable connection is secure and undamaged.
  • Firmware Updates: Check the TENVISTY or CamHi Pro app periodically for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated can improve performance, add features, and enhance security. Follow the app's instructions for safe updating.
  • MicroSD Card Management: If using continuous recording, the microSD card will eventually overwrite old footage. Regularly review important recordings and back them up if necessary. Consider formatting the card periodically (via the app) to maintain performance.
