Introduction

The SBS TWS One Colour Earbuds are designed for an optimal audio experience, allowing you to listen to music and make calls wirelessly. Featuring True Wireless Stereo technology, they ensure a stable and automatic connection up to 10 meters from your device. After initial pairing, they will automatically connect to your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Enjoy up to 3 hours of continuous playback, with the charging case providing up to 4 full recharges. The earbuds fully recharge in just 1.5 hours when placed in the case. The included USB-A to USB-C cable allows for convenient charging of the case itself. Intuitive touch controls on the earbuds provide easy management of music, calls, and voice assistant activation.

Setup

Charging the Case and Earbuds

Before first use, ensure both the charging case and earbuds are fully charged.

Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case.
Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
The indicator light on the case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Initial Pairing

The earbuds utilize True Wireless Stereo (TWS) technology for automatic pairing.

Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, enable Bluetooth.
Search for "SBS TWS One Colour" (or similar name) in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Select the earbuds to connect. Once connected, a confirmation sound may be heard.
After the first successful pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case and Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Power On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on their outer surface.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
Avoid Water: The earbuds are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
Charging: Always use the provided charging cable or a certified USB-C cable to charge the device.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Earbuds not pairing with device.	Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged. Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open again to re-enter pairing mode. Forget the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again. Ensure the earbuds are within 10 meters of your device.
Only one earbud is working.	Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website if a specific reset procedure is available, otherwise, the above step often resolves this).
Earbuds not charging.	Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter. Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
Poor sound quality.	Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Check the audio source and volume level on your connected device. Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud speakers.
