Setup
1. Powering On
Locate the battery compartment on the back of the Govee H5103 device. Insert the three included AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. The electronic ink display will activate automatically once batteries are properly installed.

2. App Installation & Pairing
- Download the Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the app and create an account or log in.
- Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of the app's home screen to add a new device.
- Search for and select "H5103" from the device list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device via Bluetooth and connect it to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5G Wi-Fi is not supported).

Operating Instructions
1. Display Information
The electronic ink display shows the current temperature (in °F or °C), relative humidity (%), battery level, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection status. A smiley or frowny face indicator provides a quick visual cue for comfort levels based on temperature and humidity.

2. Temperature Unit Switching
Press the button located on the top of the device to toggle between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) temperature units.
3. Remote Monitoring & Data Access
Once connected to the Govee Home App, you can remotely monitor real-time temperature and humidity data from anywhere. The app provides historical data graphs for the past 13 days and allows you to export data for up to 2 years, which is useful for long-term environmental tracking.

4. Smart Alert Function

Maintenance
