1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read and save these safety instructions before using the Dreo Radiator Heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or property damage.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This heater has tip-over protection and overheat protection. If the heater tips over or overheats, it will automatically shut off.
- The heater is constructed with V0 flame retardant material and includes an enhanced safety plug, ETL certified for safety.

3. Setup
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove the heater from its packaging.
- Check for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
- Ensure all components listed in the Product Overview section are present.
Placement:
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, and other objects to allow for proper heat distribution and prevent fire hazards.
- Do not place the heater in areas where it could be easily tipped over.
- The heater is equipped with large carpet casters for easy mobility.
4. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off:
- Plug the heater into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet.
- Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the heater on or off.
- Upon initial power-on, the default setting is H3 (1500W). For the first 40 minutes, the heater will operate at high power to rapidly warm the room, regardless of the ECO mode temperature setting.
Heating Modes:
The heater offers three manual heating modes and one smart ECO mode:
- H1: 600W (Low Heat)
- H2: 900W (Medium Heat)
- H3: 1500W (High Heat)
- ECO Mode: This mode automatically adjusts the heating power (600W, 900W, or 1500W) based on the ambient room temperature to maintain your desired set temperature and optimize energy consumption.
Temperature Adjustment:
- In ECO mode, you can set your desired temperature between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C) in 1°F increments.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the target temperature.

24-Hour Timer:
- Set the timer to automatically turn the heater on or off after a specified duration (up to 24 hours).

Display and Indicators:
- The large LED display shows the current room temperature and settings.
- An ambient temperature indicator adjusts according to the room's temperature, providing a quick visual reference.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure no water enters the interior of the heater.
- Clean the air intake and exhaust vents with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to remove dust and debris.
Storage:
- If storing the heater for an extended period, clean it thoroughly.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- It is recommended to store the heater in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
6. Troubleshooting
If your Dreo Radiator Heater is not operating correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:
