3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Position the unit on a firm, level, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation and access to the drain valve.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the unit and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Fill the Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with the appropriate cleaning solution. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX marks inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.

4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The digital control panel allows you to set the desired cleaning time and temperature.

  • TEMP Button: Press to adjust the target temperature. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the value.
  • TIME Button: Press to adjust the cleaning duration. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the value in minutes.
  • ON/OFF Button: Starts or stops the ultrasonic cleaning process.

Cleaning Procedure:

  1. Prepare Items: Place items to be cleaned into the stainless steel basket. Avoid overcrowding. For delicate items, consider using a separate beaker placed inside the tank.
  2. Place Basket: Carefully lower the basket with items into the cleaning solution. Ensure items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank directly.
  3. Set Temperature: Press the TEMP button and use the arrow keys to set the desired cleaning temperature (e.g., 50°C for general cleaning). The unit will begin heating.
  4. Set Time: Press the TIME button and use the arrow keys to set the desired cleaning duration (e.g., 5-10 minutes for light cleaning, up to 30 minutes for heavy grime).
  5. Start Cleaning: Press the ON/OFF button to start the ultrasonic cleaning cycle. The display will show the actual temperature and remaining time.
  6. Monitor Progress: Observe the cleaning process. For heavily soiled items, multiple cycles or a change of solution may be necessary.
  7. End Cycle: The unit will automatically stop when the timer reaches zero. You can manually stop the cycle at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button.
  8. Remove Items: Carefully lift the basket out of the tank. Rinse cleaned items thoroughly with clean water and dry them.

5. Maintenance

  1. Draining the Tank: After each use, especially with dirty solutions, turn off the unit and unplug it. Allow the solution to cool. Open the drain valve located on the side of the unit to empty the tank into a suitable container.
  2. Cleaning the Tank: Wipe the interior of the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
