Assembly Instructions
Assembly is designed to be intuitive and efficient. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Please follow these steps:
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the parts list to ensure everything is accounted for.
- Attach Side Rails to Headboard and Footboard: Align the side rails with the designated connection points on the headboard and footboard. Secure them using the provided bolts and the Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten bolts until all connections are made.
- Install Center Support Legs: Attach any center support legs to the main frame as indicated in the diagrams.
- Insert Steel Slats: The bed frame features a 12-slat support system. Carefully insert each metal slat into the designated notches on the side rails. Ensure each slat is firmly seated.

- Secure Slats with L-shaped Plates: For enhanced stability, fasten the L-shaped plates to secure the slats, as shown in the diagram.

- Tighten All Bolts: Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts. Do not overtighten.
- Place Mattress: Position your twin-size mattress directly onto the installed slats. No box spring is required.

Operating Instructions
- Mattress Placement: Place your twin-size mattress directly on the steel slats. The 12-slat support system eliminates the need for a box spring. The slats are spaced approximately 5.3-5.5 inches apart.
- Mattress Security: The side rails are designed to be higher than the inserted slats, along with a higher foot end, to prevent the mattress from sliding or shifting during use.

- Under-Bed Storage: The bed frame provides approximately 13 inches of clearance from the ground, offering ample space for under-bed storage. Utilize this space for boxes, bins, or other items to maximize room organization.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
- Foot Caps: Ensure the protective foot caps are intact to prevent floor damage and maintain stability.
Troubleshooting
- Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame squeaks, check all bolts and ensure they are securely tightened. Loose connections are a common cause of noise.
- Instability/Wobbling: Verify that all components are correctly assembled according to the instructions. Ensure the bed is on a level surface. Re-tighten all hardware.
- Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon arrival, refer to the package contents list and contact Yaheetech customer support for assistance.
- Mattress Sliding: Ensure the mattress is properly centered on the slats and that the footboard and side rails are correctly installed to contain the mattress.
