- Insert the provided 32GB SD card with the metal contacts facing the screen, until it clicks into place.
- Note: For optimal performance, it is recommended to format the SD card within the dash cam before first use and periodically thereafter. The dash cam supports up to 32GB SD cards.
2. Mounting the Dash Cam:
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam. Ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Attach the suction mount to the dash cam unit.
- Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it. Position the camera to ensure a clear view of the road ahead, avoiding obstruction of the driver's view.
- Adjust the angle of the dash cam to capture the desired field of view (170 degrees).
3. Power Connection:
- Connect the car charger cable to the dash cam's USB port.
- Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Power On/Off: The device powers on automatically with vehicle ignition. To manually power on/off, press and hold the Power button.
- Recording: Recording starts automatically when the device is powered on. A flashing indicator (usually red dot) confirms recording is active.
- Menu Navigation: Use the Menu button to access settings. Use Up/Down buttons to navigate and OK button to confirm selections.
Recording Modes:
- Loop Recording: The dash cam records video in continuous loops (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the SD card is full, the oldest unlocked files are overwritten.
- G-Sensor (Emergency Recording): The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, the current video segment is automatically locked and protected from being overwritten.
- Parking Monitor: When enabled, the dash cam will automatically start recording if it detects a collision or vibration while the vehicle is parked. This feature requires a continuous power supply (e.g., hardwire kit, sold separately) or relies on the dash cam's internal battery for a limited duration.
Playback:
- Stop recording (if active).
- Enter Playback mode via the Menu.
- Browse through recorded videos using the navigation buttons.
- Press OK to play a selected video.
Maintenance
SD Card Formatting:
Regularly formatting the SD card (at least once a month) is crucial for maintaining optimal recording performance and preventing data corruption. This can be done through the dash cam's menu settings.
Cleaning:
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dash cam's lenses and screen.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the device.
- Ensure the windshield area around the camera is clean to prevent obstruction of view.
